Environmental approvals to expand resources for ongoing construction activities.

Era has been engaged to assist with planning and environmental approvals for an expansion and upgrade of the Lazenby Sand mine and washing facility at South Arm Road, Sandford.

The proponents seek to intensify existing extraction and processing operations, and thus the project involves a Level 2 activity assessment and approval process, as well as planning advice to facilitate approvals for existing and proposed buildings and works.

With extensive team experience in both environmental and planning approvals, Era is providing professional, timely and thorough guidance through complex approval pathway processes.

Project Highlights

  • Preparation of Notice of Intent to EPA Tasmania.

  • Preparation of Environmental Impact Statement addressing project specific guidance.

  • Coordination and management of technical subconsultant inputs.
