Era led the comprehensive review and update of structure plans for Orford/Triabunna, Swansea, Bicheno and Coles Bay, in partnership with Glamorgan Spring Bay Council. These plans provide a strategic framework for sustainable growth, housing, infrastructure and environmental protection, responding to demographic change, tourism pressures and community aspirations.

Era’s work included extensive community engagement, robust data analysis, and clear planning principles to guide each township’s future. Key documents – structure plans for each town and the State of Play Report – are available to inform and inspire ongoing community involvement and transparent decision-making.
