Procreate is a Tasmanian success story – a software development team dedicated to making exceptional software for creatives by combining an outstanding user experience with high-quality engineering. Era provided comprehensive planning support for Procreate’s new Hobart city-based HQ accommodating a team of 180 staff, reusing a former industrial building in the historic Wapping precinct.

Our team presented the project to the City of Hobart’s Urban Design Advisory Panel, prepared the main planning report, and managed the development application through the statutory process. We also prepared a subdivision application, managed a minor amendment, and undertook condition endorsement.

Throughout the project, Era delivered ongoing planning advice to Procreate and the broader project team, including project architects Terroir, ensuring a smooth pathway from concept to approval and implementation.
