Willow McMinn

Willow is an accomplished environmental consultant with nearly 20 years’ experience delivering environmental and planning outcomes across government and private sectors. She brings a ‘360 degree’ understanding of infrastructure development, from early strategy and approvals through construction and operation, enabling her to proactively manage risk and streamline delivery.

She has provided strategic environmental and approvals advice on major projects including wind farms, transmission lines, water treatment plants, pipelines, and mining operations. Her strong command of regulatory frameworks and commercial drivers enables her to support complex greenfield and large-scale developments with confidence.

Most recently, at Renewables, Climate and Future Industries Tasmania, she contributed to renewable energy policy and co-developed the Tasmanian Government Renewable Energy Approval Pathway and Case Management Service.

With her unmatched understanding of the Tasmanian renewables landscape, Willow is recognised for leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
