Robyn Hall

Robyn Hall is an engagement consultant who brings project administration and stakeholder engagement experience to the Era team. Originally from Scotland, she moved to Hobart in early 2017 and has since contributed to a diverse range of projects across Victoria and Tasmania before joining Era in early 2025.

Her work on projects with significant community impact has given her a deep understanding of placemaking, and she fosters strong connections with people. Robyn has experience developing and implementing stakeholder and community engagement plans and facilitating risk and opportunity workshops.

She has a strong understanding of stakeholder mapping, identifying potential risks and planning mitigation strategies. Her flair for graphic design assists with the creation of engaging and accessible materials, helping to better connect with diverse audiences.

Robyn is IAP2 certified and passionate about creating opportunities for communities to have a genuine voice in shaping projects that affect them. She is committed to ensuring engagement processes are inclusive, transparent and outcome-focused, helping clients build trust and deliver positive social value.
