Fiona Direen

Fiona Direen is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financing systems while providing exceptional customer service as our day-to-day point of contact for clients, subconsultants and suppliers. As Era’s first support-team hire in 2016, she helped build our financial systems and frameworks that keep projects moving and is motivated by delivering accurate and efficient support.

Having previously worked for large teams and operations, Fiona now contributes across all facets of Era as a local Tasmanian business. She manages accounts and finance management, compliance and reporting, process oversight and governance, payroll and HR, and customer service and communication.

Fiona’s technical expertise is complemented by exceptional customer service, communication and administration skills. She takes pride in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subconsultants, offering a high level of service and seamless operations experience. Her efforts ensure project managers can stay focused on delivery while stakeholders receive responsive, transparent support.
