Alex is Era’s dedicated Office Coordinator. She is our first point of contact for external enquiries, and her calm confidence in managing day-to-day office operations keeps the team running smoothly.
Alex applies her strong capabilities in time management, organisation, and stakeholder coordination to oversee a wide range of administrative, organisational, and digital services. Her responsibilities include office management, event organisation, reception, resource management, and the coordination of external contractor support.
Before joining Era, Alex spent eight years working in customer-facing and administrative roles, where she honed her experience in supporting team development and managing multiple priorities with efficiency.
